Members who do not follow these rules and regulations could find their entire web site removed and/or deleted, possibly without prior notice. The interpretation of these guidelines is at the sole discretion of Jortex Hosting:

All other policys and terms found on the above links (with the exception of payment terms) apply to your free hosting account, by using Jortex Hosting whether free or paid you agree to follow all terms and policys set out on these pages, failure to do so may result in your account and website being terminated without prior notice though we do prefer to resolve the issue with the account owner first.

Jortex Hosting offers two forms of free hosting, Ad Supported and Post4Hosting, each of these and there terms are set out later on this page but before those there is some general terms that apply regardless of which type of free hosting you choose, these are set out below.

You must provide a valid email address.

You may not set up a "gateway" site on your free hosting account on Jortex Hosting servers. A "gateway" site is one which serves only as an entrance to the actual site located on a non-Jortex Hosting server

Your page should be in English only

Your page should be active - that is, it is either receiving 'hits' or is being updated/posted to. Sites that either receive no hits or are not updated over a period of 60 days will be considered 'inactive' and may be removed by Jortex Hosting to make room for other users.

You may not password protect any link provided on any of your pages located on your free hosting account on Jortex Hostings servers

You may not use your free web space for 'data warehousing' that is, using our space as storage for large files which are only linked from other sites

By joining Jortex Hosting you agree to receive our newsletter and occasional special promotions.

Free AD Supported Accounts

Each page that you create will have advertising placed at the bottom of the page (no higher than 31 pixels) and a text link to Jortex Hosting at the top of each page. You may not remove or resize so as to render invisible or unreadable, or otherwise block any of the banners or text that Jortex Hosting inserts onto your web pages.

Jortex Hosting will not display any banners that contain adult, offensive or illegal content on your website.

Free Post4Hosting Accounts

By using this service you agree to make the needed amount of posts on the respective forum to keep your account active, post counts are pro rata and are calculated on the 28th of each month, your current post count will be displayed within your account area.
